The hotel offers clean and neat rooms, although slightly worn out and old-fashioned, like a room in Dharamshala. The service, especially from the manager, was very unfriendly. However, the staff were very friendly and made an effort to assist in any way possible. The location is great from a business perspective, near Worli sea link, for easy access to both the town and suburban areas. The dining experience is okay, with a variety of options but some areas need improvement. The facilities are decent, with notable areas that can be enhanced.
